ITAREVO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information used to provide and improve ITAREVO Travel and ITAREVO Finance.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use ITAREVO, we may collect your name, email address, account information, location data, travel preferences, finance records and information needed to provide the service. You may also add trip details, expenses, documents and collaboration information.

2. How we use information

We may use information to provide and improve ITAREVO, manage your account, provide travel-planning and finance-organisation tools, communicate with you, maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

3. Location information

Some features may request access to your location to provide nearby places, routes and other travel-related information. You can control location permissions through your device settings.

4. Sharing and collaboration

Trip information may be shared with collaborators when you choose to invite them and according to their permitted role. We may share information with service providers when necessary to provide ITAREVO services, or disclose it when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.

5. Third-party services

ITAREVO may use third-party services for authentication, storage, maps, travel search, weather, translation, finance information and other product functions. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. ITAREVO does not control the independent practices of third parties.

6. Documents and sensitive information

Travel documents and references you add to a trip are intended to remain within the access controls of that trip. Do not add information you do not have the right to use. Some document-storage features may be limited while cloud storage is unavailable.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. Account deletion is available through the product where supported.

9. Children

ITAREVO is not intended for children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
