These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for using ITAREVO Travel and ITAREVO Finance. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

1. The service

ITAREVO provides travel planning, personal finance organisation and information tools. Features, availability and integrations may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, abuse other users or interfere with the service.

3. Travel information

Travel information, availability, prices, routes, weather and recommendations may come from third-party providers or fallback sources. They may change and should be checked before making travel decisions. ITAREVO does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party information.

4. Planning, finance information, bookings and third parties

Some ITAREVO features help you save or organise travel plans, record finance information or compare external services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, saving or linking an item in ITAREVO does not itself create a purchase, reservation, payment, application or binding order. Test, demo and fallback results are not commercial availability. Third-party bookings and provider services are subject to the provider's terms.

5. User content

You are responsible for information and documents you add to your trips and must have the right to use them. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content.

6. Intellectual property

ITAREVO and its original content, branding and software are owned by ITAREVO or its licensors and may not be copied or misused without permission.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. ITAREVO Travel and ITAREVO Finance are in preparation, and availability is in progress. To the extent permitted by law, ITAREVO is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, inaccurate travel or finance information, interruptions or events outside its reasonable control.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to lml@itarevo.com.
